This is a recurring full moon ceremony that I will offer for free to the community (aka a love offering). We will start with resetting our parasympathetic nervous system (fight, flight, freeze) through breathwork and decoupling. Then we will have a fire ceremony (you will need a candle and some toothpicks.), where you release that which no longer serves you to be transformed by the fire.
